3D Modeling:
Base on basic design ( Construction plan, arrangement drawing), the Hull structure 3D model to be made by DTMES with using ship design software. All parts will be visible on 3D model: Hull plate, Hull profile, Shell plate, shell frame Bracket, Hull outfitting….
2D Assembly drawing:
From 3D model of hull structure, we export to Assembly drawings with full information for fabrication and installation in workshop.
2D Nesting drawing:
To minimize the amount of scrap raw material produced during cutting, we create the nesting drawing via software application, parts will be arranged on steel plate in such a way that the remaining unused plate is minimum:
Material Report:
From 3D model, we are able to export the material list which is convenient for weight calculation, material purchasing and budget estimation purpose.
